Marcus Roberts, is responsible for Capital markets. business development and acquisitions. Fortunate to have lived in London, Sydney, and Los Angeles, which provided him with global investor relationships. Prior director of real estate acquisitions for a prominent family office, and director of equity. Responsible for capital markets, debt, equity, establishes joint venture relationships. Marcus is an innovator in Real estate investment. Leverages existing relationships in real estate development, private equity, institutional funds, and family office funds. Manages active engaged assignments from start to close. Governs acquisitions analysis, financial models, including market analysis, with client investment companies.
As a leader in the affordable real estate and tax credit sector, previously with AIG SunAmerica, Neil Socquet has delivered more than 4 Billion in transaction volume to investors with returns that meet or exceed their defined goals.  We invest in quality multifamily housing across the country to deliver solid returns on our investor’s equity, and to provide the highest quality housing available in each target market. 

Jonathan Bergman

Chief Operating Officer         

 

Jonathan has 20 years experience in all aspects of Real Estate.  He has been involved in the management, operations, and acquisitions of more than three hundred dollars of income producing US real estate. He oversees the firm’s operations including acquisitions, structuring transactions as well overseeing the day to day operations of PTI.  Jonathan holds a B.S. in Finance and is a licensed California Real Estate broker.
